The District is seeking to improve functionality, update content, and make the website more user friendly for current and prospective residents and businesses. The website will serve as a local services portal, to better target and inform workers of local services available and improve investment opportunities leading to creation of employment.
Proposals sealed in an envelope, clearly marked with the supplier’s name and the RFP name will be accepted up to 2:00 p.m. (local time), September 22nd, 2020 and will be received by:
