NOTICE OF REZONING

Bylaw No. 1483, 2026

Notice is hereby given that District of 100 Mile House Municipal Council will consider Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1483, 2026 on Sept. 22, 2026 at 5:30 pm at the District of 100 Mile House Municipal Council Chambers, 385 Birch Ave, (Fourth Street entrance).
A Public Hearing will not be held for Zoning Bylaw 1483, 2026.

The purpose of the zoning amendment bylaw is to amend District of 100 Mile House Zoning Bylaw No. 1466, 2026.
Subject Properties: The Most Westerly 20 Chains of DL 2142, except Plans 15598 and 17299, LILLOOET DISTRICT; and Block A, DL 2142, LILLOOET DISTRICT, located at 150 Blackstock Road

The proposed bylaw amendment is to rezone the subject properties from Agricultural Zone
(A-1) to Horse Lake Road Residential Zone (ER-2) to enable a future multi lot residential subdivision.

The proposed bylaw may be inspected during normal working hours in the Municipal Office, 385 Birch Avenue until 4:30 p.m. Sept. 21, 2026. Please note there will be no opportunity for public comment at the meeting. Written comments are accepted by letter or email to district@100milehouse.com until 4:30 p.m. Sept. 21, 2026.
