We’re looking for a dynamic Director of Planning to help guide the future of an active and growing community in the heart of British Columbia’s beautiful South Cariboo.

The good news? You won’t be inheriting chaos. Our current Director is retiring after carefully organizing her files, tying up loose ends, and (we suspect) colour-coding at least a few things for your convenience. Even better, you’ll be stepping into a freshly updated Official Community Plan and Zoning Bylaw, so yes, the “rewrite everything from scratch” phase is officially someone else’s story.

Flexible Work Arrangement

We recognize that experienced planning professionals are looking for flexibility in how they work. While this position may be filled as a full-time role, we are also open to considering reduced work hours or a part-time arrangement for the right candidate.
