Finance Clerk — No Two Days the Same!
Do you like to stay busy, enjoy variety, and know how to keep things moving when priorities change?
We’re looking for a Finance Clerk to join our team. This is a hands-on position where you’ll work with numbers, people, and a variety of financial and administrative tasks. You’ll also be one of the first points of contact for residents, providing friendly and helpful service and directing questions to the appropriate department when needed.
If you like predictable, repetitive days, this probably isn't the job for you. 😉

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as a first point of contact for residents, answering questions and directing inquiries
  • Process cash transactions, invoices and payments
  • Work on accounts receivable, utility billing and property taxes
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts
  • Process business licences, building permits, and related transactions
  • Coordinate meetings from scheduling to supplies
  • Assist with general finance and administrative duties
  • Jump between priorities as the day requires

This is a 40 hour a week position, and as per the current collective agreement the wage is $30.18 per hour.
