The District of 100 Mile House will hold a Public Hearing in the Municipal Council Chambers, located at 385 Birch Avenue (Fourth Street entrance), 100 Mile House, on Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. to consider Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1374, 2020.   The purpose of the amendment bylaw is to amend District of 100 Mile House Zoning Bylaw No. 1290, 2016.

Subject Property: Part of DL 4847, Except Plans 7650, 7661, 7898, 7899, 8669, 10009, 10101, 10129, 13207, 13304, 13757, 14040, 15966, 15967, 18594, 21040, 21558, 22913, 24141, 29279, 33851, KAP56655, H123 and EPP88816, Lillooet District, located generally west of Spruce Avenue.

 The proposed bylaw amendments are to amend the Zoning of:

  1. Proposed Lots 1-17, 22-28, 33, 37-62, 66-74, 82-84, 87-97, and 102-114 from Agriculture Zone (A-1) and Residential Low Density Zone (R-1) to only Residential Low Density Zone (R-1);
  2. Proposed Lots 18-21, 29-32, 34-36, 63-65, 71-73, 81, 85-86, 98-101 from Agriculture Zone (A-1) and Residential Low Density Zone (R-1) to Residential Duplex Zone (R-2); and
  3. Those areas shown as perimeter parkland from Agriculture Zone (A-1) and Residential Low Density Zone (R-1) to Parks and Open Space Zone (P-2).

The proposed bylaws may be inspected during normal working hours in the Municipal Office, 385 Birch Avenue until 4:00 p.m. Nov. 10, 2020.  If you deem your interests to be affected by this bylaw, please submit your comments in writing or attend the Public Hearing and you will be given an opportunity to be heard.  IMPORTANT NOTE: To facilitate adequate physical distancing, please contact the District office at the phone number below if you plan to attend the public hearing. A mask is required.
